Regarding the sound issue, please try the steps below and test again:
1. Disconnect the cables that are connected between the TV and the speaker system, then connect them firmly again.
2. Disconnect the AC power cords of the TV and the speaker system from the AC outlets (mains), then connect them again after 1 minute.
3. When the speaker system and TV are connected with an HDMI cable only, make sure that the HDMI jack of the connected TV is labelled with “ARC.”
4. Try using different cables.
5. Try connecting the speaker system to different devices and different HDMI ports.
6. Update the speaker system to the latest version using this link: https://cutt.ly/StA0apl3
7. Reset the speaker system by following the steps on page 2 here: https://cutt.ly/atA0sdQA

We're sorry to hear that the HT-S400 quality isn't up to your liking, and that you're having a sound issue with your sound bar. This is not the norm, as we always strive to deliver the best quality possible.

You can reduce the BASS level by pressing the (BASS -) button on the remote control.

If the issue remains, try the steps below and test again:
1. Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead) from the wall outlet (mains) and then reconnect after several minutes.
2. Make sure that the sound bar is updated: https://cutt.ly/EraDIpU6
3. Connect the sound bar to the TV through HDMI cable instead of Bluetooth by following the steps in the "Listening to a TV Connected with an HDMI Cable (ARC) or Optical Digital Cable" section on page 1 here: https://cutt.ly/braDPa4R
4. If you're already using HDMI connection, disconnect the cables that are connected between the TV and the speaker system, then connect them firmly again.
5. When the speaker system and TV are connected with an HDMI cable only, check that the HDMI jack of the connected TV is labeled with “ARC.”
6. Set the digital audio out setting of the TV (BRAVIA) to "PCM".

Assicurarti di utilizzare un cavo HDMI di alta qualità e compatibile con HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel). Per il problema del suono con Bluetooth, ti suggeriamo di aumentare il volume del TV al massimo e regolare il volume della soundbar per ottenere un livello audio più equilibrato. A volte, il volume delle cuffie Bluetooth è limitato rispetto ad altri dispositivi audio. Tuttavia, il formato USB da utilizzare per aggiornare la soundbar dev'essere in FAT32, USB 2.0 con capacità: più di 256 MB e meno di 32 GB.
