How to play 360 Reality Audio music using the Amazon Music Unlimited service (for soundbars, home theater systems, and wireless speakers)
To play 360 Reality Audio music using the Amazon Music Unlimited service, you will need to enable the Amazon Alexa feature in the Sony | Music Center app. You can then use either the Amazon Music app or voice commands to play music.
Before you start

Obs! For headphones, refer to the following article: Frequently Asked Questions about 360 Reality Audio (Headphones). - You will need an Amazon Music Unlimited service membership to play 360 Reality Audio using the Amazon Music app.
- If you connect the audio device and smartphone via Bluetooth, you can play music with 2-channel audio, not 360 Reality Audio.
How to use
- Install the Sony | Music Center app on your smartphone.
Obs!- If you already have the Sony | Music Center app installed, make sure it's updated to the latest version. For details about the Sony | Music Center app, refer to the Sony | Music Center website.
- Make sure the audio device is also updated to the latest firmware version.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup of the Sony | Music Center app.
- In the Sony | Music Center app, connect and set up the audio device and smartphone using the same Wi-Fi network.
VIKTIGT! During the Sony | Music Center app setup, the Amazon Alexa Setup screen will appear and urge you to register the device. Do not skip this step.
Obs! You can choose any name for your Alexa device on the Amazon Alexa Setup screen, but we recommend using the following options to increase the accuracy of the voice recognition:
For English- For HT-A9: Home Theater
- For HT-A7000, HT-A5000, and HT-A3000: Soundbar
- For SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000: Wireless Speaker
- For HT-A9: Heimkino
- For HT-A7000, HT-A5000, and HT-A3000: Soundbar

- Use either the Amazon Music app or voice commands to play music:

Select 360 Reality Audio-supported music (represented with a 360 badge) in the Amazon Music app. You can then tap the source device name with either the(Alexa cast) or
(Cast) icon.
Obs! Make sure the Amazon Music app is updated to the latest version before following these steps.

- Using voice commands
You can play 360 Reality Audio-compatible music using voice commands. If you set the Alexa device name as recommended in step 3, use the following voice commands:
For English- For HT-A9: Alexa, play the playlist three sixty reality audio on the home theater
- For HT-A7000, HT-A5000, and HT-A3000: Alexa, play the playlist three sixty reality audio on the soundbar
- For SRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000: Alexa, play the playlist three sixty reality audio on the wireless speaker

- Confirm that the music is played using the 360 Reality Audio feature:
- For wireless speakers (models with prefix SRS-RA): The Sound Mode indicator on the wireless speaker will light up in cyan (a greenish-blue color) while you are playing the music using the 360 Reality Audio feature.
- For soundbars (models with prefix HT-): The 360 Reality Audio icon will be displayed in the playback screen while you are playing the music using the 360 Reality Audio feature.
Obs! Amazon Music Unlimited supports the following languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese.
