4K UHD, bijzonder gedetailleerd beeld

De Sony A80J viel mij op vanwege het mooie slanke design, het voelt daardoor ook wel wat breekbaar. Vooral omdat ik de tv aan de muur wou monteren, hebben we dat met twee man sterk gedaan en uiterst voorzichtig de tv aan de muur gemonteerd. Binnen een kwartier uit de doos aan de wand, dus dat ging lekker vlot. Het ziet er mooi uit zo aan de muur. Daarna al mijn apparatuur aangesloten op de tv waaronder ook de receiver met een HDMI ARC 2.1 kabel en dat werkt perfect. Nu dan ook maar testen met een 4K UHD film van de Transformers en wat mij opvalt is het gedetailleerde beeld en ja Dolby Vision, de kleuren, scherpte, helderheid spatten van je scherm. Bijna 3D door de diepte die je ziet. Daarna het geluid van de tv zelf beluisterd en hoewel mijn 1e indruk goed was, is mijn conclusie dat als je al een 5.1 set hebt, je daar beter voor kan kiezen. Neemt niet weg dat ik wel verbaasd was over het geluid dat dus letterlijk uit het scherm komt. Het klinkt erg wijd en ook erg gedetailleerd, bv geluiden van metaal tegen mekaar aan etc. Maar ik mis wel het echte surround geluid, dus mijn geluid gaat via mijn receiver met een 5.1.4 systeem. Je kan de tv ook als center gebruiken maar nergens kan ik vinden welke kabel ik hier voor nodig heb en hoe dit te combineren met mijn receiver. Misschien dat Sony dat wat duidelijker kan vermelden in bv online handleiding. Sony android google tv werkt goed, alleen is het geluid in combinatie met mijn receiver vrij zacht. Het geluid via de tv gaat prima, dus dat is meer te wijden aan de instellingen van mijn receiver. Ik ben een echte filmliefhebber en deze tv biedt mij alles wat ik me maar wensen kan, film heeft nu weer een andere dimensie voor mij gekregen. Voor mij draait een tv vooral om het beeld en dat zit met deze tv helemaal goed. Het instellen van kleuren viel mij erg mee, daarnaast hebben we allemaal onze voorkeuren qua kleuren, contrast, zwartniveau en dat kan je als je wil allemaal instellen naar jouw smaak. Ik heb de beeldmodus op bioscoop staan, dat is voor mij het perfecte beeld, ook voor gewone tv uitzendingen. Ben je ook een filmliefhebber of kijk je graag veel tv dan zou ik jou deze tv zeker aanraden.

La Tv presenta varie problematiche: -Banding e reticolato -Canali non in hd vanno a scatti fino a non vedersi -testato con canali hd, Netflix, YouTube,blueray in ogni caso il pannello non è uniforme e bello a vedersi - accoppiato con una sound bar zf9, la stessa non si accende, quelle volte che si attiva il telecomando della Tv non regola il volume, altre volte ad arrivare non emette nessun suono - durante l utilizzo di ps5 in una occasione la Tv si è resettata di fabbrica - in modalità wifi la Tv trova il telefono ma non lo collega (hotspot), test effettuato su più smartphone. Ho già effettuato un power cycle e reset di fabbrica senza risultati. Avvisato l assistenza, attendo riscontro per la sostituzione visto le problematiche riscontrate. Terrò aggiornato sulla vicenda.

Very Happy with this fantastic Screen. The picture quality lifts movie and gaming experiences onto another level, and the remote and menu structure is exactly what i expect from Sony. The sound is also better than i have experienced so far, on other sets, and that is without using a sound bar. These sets are not the cheapest but i did not go for the latest model thereby saving myself a lot of money. I wish there where more options for the placement of the Feet that support the screen as they are rather big but other than that i have no complaints.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr gutes TV Gerät mit vielen High Lights , sehr gutes Bild , bester Ton , tolles Design , 10 Monate im Besitz aber nur Ärger mit der Sender/ Kanal Abspeicherung und Programm Wechsel sowie WLAN Internet Verbindung. Als absoluter Sony Fan bin ich enttäuscht und genervt. Habe sonst 9 Sony Geräte im Besitz.

Excellent picture and easy to use

Very pleased with the TV, picture is great and relatively simple to use. Only negative was the set up for the 55" model, there wasn't a slide out section in the polystyrene to set up the stand so had to get some extra hands to help, would have been good to have instructions on the box, unless you've seen the YouTube video you wouldn't know the proper way to set up. Would have preferred a central stand instead of legs but seems like that's standard these days.

My SONY 55XD8005 stopped working after less than 5 years of use (!!!??? 5 blinks of red I had a SONY 55XD8005 TV and after less than 5 years it stopped working !!!??? the red light blinked 5 times - Panel failure (I have two Samsung TV's the work fine after more than 10 years), so it is on the way to the trash. I decided to buy the XR 55A80J TV and it looks great, very good picture and sound, a good value for money. I hope that it will last more than 5 years, otherwise it will be the last SONY TV I buy.

Good quality TV but issues with the remote control

I bought it less than a week ago and straight away there was issues with the remote control. It either does not register the button push or it just reacts to no button push and it just goes off by it self which has become really frustrating.

Lovely picture and quality

Installed TV myself around 2 weeks ago. Lovely picture and performance. The set up screens are easy to navigate through. There are however a lot of settings that are available and I don't think are easy to find, for example the TV switches itself off after 4 hours, yes a warning does pop up but finding how to change the time in the menu wasn't easy. The most annoying problem was when playing the sound through our existing Sony home theatre system, the sound was out of sync with the picture. After many hours the problem was resolved by ringing the Sony helpline. Yes it was easily resolved with their help but even now I can not understand why the instructions are so vague. Now almost fully set up we are very pleased with our purchase.

12 MONTHS LATER AND TV FAILED COMPLETELY

Had tv for 14 months and all of sudden froze on a channel. Remote wouldnt work so therefore turned tv of at socket. Tried various attempts but TV is dead not what I would ever expect of a SONY product.

Amazing quality image and sound

We bought this TV about a month ago after our old one of 12 years broke. This TV is absolutely stunning. The picture quality is amazing and the sound is just as good. Watching a movie is like being at the cinema. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this TV it is brilliant, I can't fault it.

Using this for about 6 month now, Over all great Tv with sound coming straight from the screen. Great blacks. Android Tv on board allow you to install additional apps as you need. one downfall is that the built in hard drive could be bigger for all apps, although you can add usb drive and use it for apps, what I did. Plenty ways to configure it for yourself, screen, sound, apps , can works with your google home, can display artworks when not in use.

Great TV, but keeps going wrong.

We bought this TV one year ago, after ten months of usage the TV developed a verticle blue line. TV went for repair and we were supplied with a new unit. One week after usage a red flashing light appeared on the front of the new TV, even though the TV continued to work it went into a full reboot every time it came out of standby. Now waiting for this unit to be collected for repair. Not impressed.

As an attempt of rectifying the issue, please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
1-Unplug the TV from the mains with anything connected to it, then plug it back after two minutes with no external devices and test the performance again.

If the issue remains, could you disable the interactive application (HbbTV) by pressing on Home - Settings - Setup - Digital setup - Navigate down to Interactive Application Setup- Interactive Application - Select Off?
Also, turn off the Update Guide in standby setting by pressing on the Home button - Select Settings - Digital Setup - Guide setup - Update Guide in standby - Select Off.
We'd also recommend connecting your TV to the internet via WiFi instead of LAN as it can prevent the random reboot issue from occurring.

Great oled tv

Got this model as a replacement for a 2019 model which had screen burn on it the picture quality is amazing tweaked to how I like it.its great for YouTube on 4k. Old TV had a 5 year warranty which came in very handy Sony had it replaced within 2 weeks.

This is a truly amazing TV, which I bought to replace my old Sony LED TV from 2014. This is a worthy upgrade, especially when you watch content in 4K and HDR. The OLED colours really stand-out. Check-out the Sony TV demo of Tokyo and the night-sky / brightness of the colours on-screen. The sound quality is equally as impressive using Dolby Atmos. Buy this TV and keep for a lifetime, as you really can't go wrong with Sony!

Aktuell kann ich ZDF und WDR nicht sehen, ansonsten ist das Teil nicht bedienungsfreundlich. Man kommt zB nicht mit einem Klick aus den Apps zum Satelliten-TV. Alles umständlicher als bei meinem alten Samsung.

Très bien avec une quantité de fonctionnalités

Acheté depuis un mois et demi, belle image, le son est très bien sans barre ajoutée. Les réglages de base relativement facile. Par contre je cherche encore comment le mettre en mode décoration en même temps que la radio.

Great picture

I've had the TV for about a year now. Picture quality is very good and sound quality not too bad but the addition of the Sony HT-A7000 makes it amazing. Downside is the annoying screen blanking when the picture switches to different modes or channels, although this is stable when watching a film/program. The smart TV part works well, but I prefer to use an Apple TV unit as the content source because the remote is simpler and easier to use and update support is going to be maintained longer.

Non sono del tutto sicuro della bontà di questo prodotto. Troppo poco il tempo di utilizzo per poter esprimere una valutazione giusta, quello che posso dire che 3 un buon prodotto dal punto di vista della velocità dei menu, audio buona qualità, buona qualità video. Dal punto di vista del software troppo spesso le app si bloccano, l'app si avvia fa navigare però non risponde ai comandi, per farla funzionare bisogna riavviare il menu.

Pessimo funzionamento

Dopo qualche giorno ha iniziato a creare problemi, si accende e si spegne da solo, spesso non si accende, si accende e manca il video e si sente solamente l'audio, oppure si accende si vede il video e non si sente l'audio, si riavvia da solo, si accende con schermo nero e nell'angolo in basso a destra appare la scritta bravia, il led lampeggia 5 volte rosso, insomma una tragedia.

Not convinced it's the best picture after my 5 year old Samsung. Connections but difficult to get to as they are plugged in from underneath. TV picture a green tint inky blue blacks, pixalation movement in dark scenes. Changed the settings so many times. Two different TV guides Digital and You view TV guide doesn't allow you record programmes. Should have stuck to my original plan and gone for LG screen

Ho cambiato il vecchio Sony Bravia dopo 14 anni di onorato servizio, ed ho voluto confermare la fiducia ad un marchio che si è dimostrato serio ed affidabile. La nuova TV mi ha stupito per l’alta qualità delle immagini e del suono, finalmente “spaziale” 😊 Peccato siano ancora pochi i canali 4K, perché le immagini sono da togliere il fiato!
