Earlier this year I could not sync my reader with the library on the PC it just would not do it. Someone told me to try another machine so I installed the software on my laptop. Now I have every book on twice and cannot get rid of one set!

Can anyone help. It is a great machine but so troublesome considering the cost. I am perilously close to going the new touch screen Kindle route
