Dear all,

I have an urgent question, please:

Is it possible to replace Vaio E series keyboard for a non chicklet keyboard??

I intend to buy a new Vaio, the VPC-EA3S1E/W, but my decision depends on the following question:

is it possible to replace the original keyboard for a different style of keyboard, for example from the old model  VGN-VJ3S/W?

I just need to know if it is possible somehow to get rid of the island/chiclet-keyboard that comes with the model and change it for a normal kind of keyboard.

I would truly appreciate if you could reply at your earliest convenience, as I need to make this decision as quick as possible between a Sony and a Toshiba, all based on the keyboard.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

I don't think this is possible - sorry.
