Why is my son getting an 'out of range' message when trying to watch a dvd through the hdmi input? He's got an upscaling (1080p) Philips dvd player with a Bravia kdl 32ex301. It was playing the dvd but after 5 minutes the screen went black and the message appeared. Come to think of it I've never had much luck with my PS3 on my bravia in the living room using hdmi either
