Sony Vaio VPCF22 C5E running windows 7 OS keep going into a loop when trying to install Cyberlink Power Directo 10 Ultra Video Editing program. I would appreciate any comments and suggestion to rectify this apparent problem.
You should install Hotfix KB947821 If you check the Microsoft Website this will fix this sort of problem. You will need the one for the 64bit version of Windows 7
