recording on connected harddisk

Can i delete or format my harddisk ?when it stil are connected to my TV 40EX721.

I mean use the tv set to delete recorded films after recording,or shall i disconnect the harddisk and doit on

my computer?

    Hi, you can delete from the TV.

     

    1. Press the Home button on the remote.
    2. Select the Recordings list.
    3. Select Title List.
    4. Select the Drive.
    5. Move the selection over the program you want to delete.
    6. Press the Options button on the remote.
    7. Move down to File Options.
    8. Select Delete.
