I have just updated from vista32 bit to Win7 64 bit. My Vaio is now much faster starting up and loading programmes, and I've been able to install max RAM of 4GB.

I've had several issues with audio drivers which I've been able to resolve, I am able to play audio and video and listen to radio over the internet.

However, I cannot get the internal microphone to work and as I use Skype this is frustrating me. The driver listed under device driver is a microsoft generic high definition audio driver, but any attempt to search for the correct driver fails.

Can anyone help me identify and locate the correct driver for the internal microphone for Win7?

My VAIO is a VGN-AR61S
