Hi,

I am currently unable to load any DVD's on my Sony Blu-ray BDP-S300 and the get the 'no disc found' message, I have tried:

1. Resetting to factory settings by holding stop and standby.

2. Downloaded the latest firmware on CD-R but I cant upload the disk as I get the 'no disc found' message.

3. Searched the web and many people have experienced the same problems.

I am out of warranty and have hardly used the machine!

Any advice is greatly accepted.
