Hi kaseide8360, welcome to the Sony Forums

Apart from manually hitting 'delete' as you highlight each photo, you can hold down the CTRL key and multi-select non-sequential files.

If you have a lot, you might want to Google 'duplicate image finder' and choose one of the many apps available for the purpose.
