Stolen laptop

Hi guys,

 

I bought a new Sony Vaio laptop but burglars broke into my house and took it. Is their any chance of locking the laptop or even tracking it? It pains me because I just bought it just over a month ago. Although, the police have taken a report of the incident but I have not heard anything from them for 2weeks.

I need to get my baby back,Thanks.

    Hi Skinnervaio,

    welcome to Questions & Answers..

     

    Sorry to hear that your vaio has been stolen..

    Unfortunately Sony can not track your vaio but I believe if you provide the following information to Vaio support (Contact Support)

     

    - the serial number of your stolen vaio..
    - a copy of the police report..
    - contact details of the police department handling the theft..

     

    They will place your vaio onto their stolen database..
