internet access limited

I have a bdv-e280 and the internet works when it wants to.  I play a lot with netflix and am thinking of going to buy a different box to stream netflix. If there is anything that we can do to fix this and a issue with lip sync would be great.  Would like to get money back and buy a different system.

    The Lipsync issue has been resolved with the latest firmware update as far as I'm aware. Have you downloaded it yet?
