• The Promotion is only open to customers in the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Malta, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Albania, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Moldova, Israel, Montenegro & Macedonia.

How to Claim

• Customers who purchase a promotional pack of the Sony NEX-FS100E Sony from participating Sony Specialist Dealer between 1st November 2011 and 30th June 2012, or until stocks last, will be entitled to receive a NEX-5K at no extra cost.

• To claim your NEX-5K please send your completed claim form , found in the promotional packs of the NEX-FS100E, together with your original printed sales receipt and European Guarantee Information Document (where supplied with your Sony product) to:

• All claim forms should be received by midnight on 30th April 2012. No claim forms will be accepted after this date.

• Only claim forms accompanied by original printed sales receipts will be accepted. Handwritten receipts or photocopies of original sales receipts will not be accepted. We suggest you make copies of all documents before posting them and send claims via ‘recorded signed for’ or ‘registered’ post.

• Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

• Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your NEX-5K. Where the promoter is unable to meet this deadline then he will do so as quickly as possible thereafter. Should your NEX-5K not arrive or should there be a problem with it on receipt, please contact our customer service team using the following email address: SonyEuroNEXPromo@diss.net

• Your original printed sales receipt and European Guarantee Information Document (where supplied with your product) will be returned to you with your NEX-5K.

General

• The promoter reserves the right to withhold the NEX-5K where he suspects that any false or fraudulent claim is being made, or where a claim has been made which does not comply with these terms.

• The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior notice.

• The NEX-5K is offered while stocks last.

• The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.

• There is no credit or cash alternative available.
